If you are working on losing weight, tracking is the single GREATEST thing you can do in order to ensure results. And, frankly, I hate it! During this 100 day challenge, I have seen that when I track every single thing I eat, and, better yet, pre-track/plan my meals 24 hours in advance, I am literally UNSTOPPABLE. Yet, I resist.
That phrase has really been my “life verse” for most of my life: “Yet, I resist.” It’s completely stupid and ridiculous how I self-sabotage constantly. You know, if someone offered me one million dollars if I would track everything that went in my mouth for 30 days, I would surely do it in a heartbeat.
So why am I not worth a million dollars in my own mind? Interesting question, isn’t it? What things are you resisting in your life, that if someone would give you a million dollars for doing, you would change in a second? Just consider this: you are worth a million dollars and the fact that you don’t just make the change for yourself, TODAY, indicates that you don’t value yourself and/or whatever the change is you want to make.
So, the big question is what do you do about the NOT VALUING issue? That is the question of this 100 days, isn’t it? Fundamentally, everything comes back to self-love.
