I’m halfway there! But I’m noticing that I’m so inconsistent that I feel like I’m on a roller coaster. First I’m not drinking in Mexico and losing a pound, but then the next week, I’m going AWOL and gaining 2 pounds. It’s insanity.
I need to focus on the transformation I’m causing and be excited about what is next for me. I think that if I look at this like an adventure, rather than a chore, I will be able to increase my consistency, and therefore, my results. I must end this cycle of self sabotage.
